Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Download, archive, and organize construction plans along with project documentation.

• Assess and prepare plans for quantity take-offs and quotations.

• Accurately execute quantity take-offs from construction plans and drawings.

• Assist in the estimating and quoting process by compiling necessary plans and project information.

• Support the daily estimating workload.

• Gradually take on more estimating tasks as you become familiar with the business and its processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in roofing estimating and quantity take-offs is preferred.

• Familiarity with metal roofing and cladding is highly beneficial.

• Proficient in interpreting construction plans and executing accurate take-offs.

• Groundplan experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience with Simpro is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently.

• Australian experience is a plus; however, relevant experience from the US, Canada, Philippines, or other markets will be considered.
