This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage the complete statement of work (SOW) process from the initial request to the final delivery to the client.
• Collaborate with sales team members and/or clients to gather requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the necessary services and project scope.
• Facilitate discussions around SOW and contract reviews with clients, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Development, Consulting, Project Management, Operations, and Sales to convert technical requirements into service deliverables, project scope, and labor-hour estimates.
• Evaluate project requirements and scope to provide realistic estimates based on industry benchmarks.
• Prepare SOWs utilizing standard estimating tools, templates, and pre-approved clauses.
• Identify technical and operational risks, including data security issues, system downtime liabilities, and data validation concerns.
• Manage client-requested changes to MSA and SOW, including redline reviews, escalations, and communication of approved responses.
• Obtain necessary internal approvals prior to contract execution.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess estimation accuracy.
• Maintain records of executed SOWs and MSAs for both active and historical contracts.
• Update and manage standard SOW templates and clause libraries.
• Assist in defining a systematic estimating process that enhances scoping consistency, speed, and efficiency.
• Support delivery teams by clarifying SOW scope, deliverables, assumptions, and contractual obligations during project execution.
• Foster and maintain interdepartmental relationships to ensure timely scoping, review, and execution of contracts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial contract management, specifically in technology services, technical solutions, or similar environments.
• Proficiency in understanding general technical architecture terminology and concepts related to IT, engineering, security, development, and software implementation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Strong skills in time management, organization, and prioritization.
• Ability to handle multiple urgent requests and competing deadlines effectively.
• Adaptable, flexible, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.
• Self-motivated with robust problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer and keyboard for long durations.
• Frequent typing and mouse usage, requiring fine motor skills for precise data entry and navigation.
• Ability to maintain proper posture and adjust seating and workstation to reduce physical strain.
• Must be eligible to work from approved states in the United States.
• Full-time exempt employment.

• Standard work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm local time.
