This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Engage with prospective clients and leads to foster relationships
• Ensure that legal records and client information are systematically organized and up-to-date
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and promote the growth of the firm
• Uphold the confidentiality of client and firm information
• Communicate with clients concerning documentation, updates, and requests
• Assist with phone communications and client interactions
• Support administrative tasks related to cases
• Manage and organize both incoming and outgoing email communications
• Save, maintain, and arrange client files and legal documentation
• Draft documents related to estate planning
• Provide general administrative support
• Assist attorneys and team members with various administrative and legal support tasks
• Support matters related to estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, and Medicaid
• Utilize WealthCounsel and RingCentral
• At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, in a legal support role, or a related Bachelor’s degree in legal studies
• Proficient in English with advanced/native-level skills in both written and spoken forms
• Strong preference for candidates with estate planning drafting experience
• Highly preferred experience using WealthCounsel
• Familiarity with client communication and lead follow-up
• Ability to maintain precise digital client files and documentation
• Experience in drafting estate planning documents
• Knowledge of probate and trust administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in email management and organization
• Competence in document management and file maintenance
• Capability to follow instructions and implement feedback proficiently
• Strong attention to detail
