📋 Description

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual materials for paid media, website banners, emails, and other design requests.

• Adapt static design pieces for various uses.

• Manage social media posts.

• Create and send email marketing campaigns.

• Design website banners and creative assets for media.

• Work alongside other designers in the creative process to enhance learning.

• Engage with the creative team and leadership to ensure alignment on produced materials.

• Attend departmental meetings and company-wide gatherings.

• Stay informed about design trends and seek out references.

• Experience with design software and graphic editing tools.

• Intermediate knowledge of color psychology and its application.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Creativity and strong attention to detail.
