This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage and provide support for Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365 and identity services.

• Administer Windows Server and manage the Tenant.

• Oversee license activation.

• Address incidents and escalate cases to Microsoft as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience, demonstrating involvement in at least two (2) similar projects.

• Knowledge in the administration and support of Microsoft 365, identity services, Windows Server, and Tenant management.

• Experience with license activation, incident management, and case escalation to Microsoft.

• Professional degree.

• Strong communication skills and technical proficiency.
