Especialista Técnico de Migración de Datos – Bilingüe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Define, develop, and validate scripts and technical processes to execute end-to-end data migration.

• Implement quality controls, integrity mechanisms, traceability, and reconciliation to prevent data loss or corruption.

• Participate in technical preparation and provide operational support during cutover and migration windows.

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international technical standards.

• Contribute to the transformation of a legacy acquiring platform into a modern data processing solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience leading or executing technology migration and data integration projects.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Proven experience in scripting with Python, Shell, PowerShell, PL/SQL, or T-SQL.

• Maintenance and execution of ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, Airflow, or dbt.

• Strong proficiency in relational and/or non-relational databases.

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency.

• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

• Desirable: knowledge in the payments industry, acquiring platforms, and PCI-DSS.
