Especialista Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management policies.

• Monitor, classify, and investigate alerts and cases related to internal risks.

• Participate in evidence collection and information analysis for internal investigations.

• Collaborate internationally with teams from Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and IT Security.

• Develop metrics, reports, and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Support validation initiatives, change management, and the adoption of new Insider Risk capabilities.

• Contribute to the advancement of Microsoft 365 Compliance and Security capabilities, data protection, corporate governance, and internal risk mitigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience.

• Fluent spoken English is essential.

• Experience with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Compliance.

• Management of alerts and investigations related to internal risks.

• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender.

• Understanding of privacy, data protection, and information governance.

• Experience working with global stakeholders and in international environments.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.

• Responsible management of sensitive and confidential information.

• Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Documentation and communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, Digital Forensics, incident investigation, and digital evidence analysis will be a plus.
