This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Drafting and governance of security policies

• Management and monitoring of the NAS in Colombia

• Remote technical support for employees across various countries

• Training for employees in information security

• Management of outsourcing

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and/or cybersecurity.

• Knowledge of Office 365/SharePoint, encryption protocols (TLS/AES), DLP, MFA, NAS administration, and corporate antivirus platforms.

• Native Spanish speaker; intermediate English for support to the USA.

• Desirable: experience with Excel macros and Power BI.
