This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Recruit for corporate, technological, and sales positions

• Post job vacancies and actively source candidates from recruitment channels

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to Hiring Managers, sharing market insights and vacancy statuses

• Manage the recruitment cycle and ensure compliance with SLA coverage

• Prepare and deliver weekly reports with key metrics

• Assist in calculating and sending offers to selected candidates

• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires

• Conduct institutional welcome sessions and support new employees on their first day

• Measure success through vacancy coverage, NPS of Hiring Managers, NPS of Onboarding, and SLA compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection roles

• Client-focused with a collaborative mindset

• Initiative, action-oriented, and ownership of results

• Effective communication and transparent relationships at all levels
