This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the closing process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements, and various settlement documents in line with lender and buyer/seller directives.

• Collaborate and communicate with Customer Experience/Sales, Contract Operations, and Funding teams to troubleshoot and address title-process challenges.

• Secure clear title by ordering title reports and resolving any title defects, liens, or encumbrances.

• Conduct audits on files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to avert potential claims.

• Coordinate closings through e-notary or mobile notary services.

• Provide lender closing instructions and oversee the receipt and distribution of funds.

• Manage outstanding checks and escrowed funds effectively.

• Ensure adherence to Orchard Title's policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Report directly to the National Escrow Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.

• Outstanding verbal and written customer service abilities.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with preferred verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven experience in mastering complex processes and understanding their role within a broader context.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and specialized software such as Qualia.

• In-depth knowledge of Florida's state-level escrow rules and regulations.

• A team-oriented mindset that aligns with the “Team Before Self” philosophy.

• Strong passion for innovation and adaptability to change.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
