This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage escrow documentation in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and TDI regulations.
• Serve as an impartial intermediary between buyers and sellers throughout real estate transactions.
• Oversee funds and handle related transaction details efficiently.
• Finalize transactions by assessing requirements, clearing titles, compiling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents, and distributing associated funds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through informative, prompt, patient, and friendly communication.
• Effectively prioritize tasks, multitask, maintain high accuracy and attention to detail, and adhere to deadlines.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer, with expertise in high-level curative resolution and overseeing detailed disbursement processes.
• Valid Texas, Florida, and Colorado Escrow Officer licenses.
• Proficiency in legal documents, with the ability to analyze and assess documents related to closings.
• Familiarity with software such as Qualia and Slack is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional communication abilities with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
