Escrow Data Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Gather, assess, oversee, and report on the financial operations of the organization.

• Administer and ensure adherence to financial policies, industry standards, and all applicable regulations.

• Deliver escrow accounting and associated services through the Centralized Escrow Accounting (CEA) Service Center.

• Assist with wire processing, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.

• Manage 1099 forms and escheat reporting.

• Oversee documentation for centralized bank accounts.

• Supervise customer-driven investments.

• Track daily transactions and manage positive pay processes.

• Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Typically requires over 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Ability to comprehend how one’s team collaborates with related teams to achieve goals.

• Capacity to identify and address unusual problems that arise infrequently.

• Skill in assessing and choosing solutions based on existing precedents or procedures.

• Proficiency in communicating and elucidating complex information, including interdependencies within the team and with others.

• Capability to work with minimal supervision and exercise discretion in modifying work practices and processes.

• Ability to serve as a resource for less experienced team members.
