Escrow Analysis Processor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Validate tax, hazard, and other escrowed items by reviewing loan data.

• Each month, request trial and final mass escrow analysis reports by state.

• Ensure accuracy in loan analysis by reviewing and updating changes or corrections.

• Analyze monthly edit reports for loans that have not been assessed, making necessary corrections or updates.

• Examine and assess loans that involve force-placed insurance.

• Analyze loans in stages of foreclosure, loss mitigation, and bankruptcy.

• Manage designated task queues within the servicing platform.

• Address client inquiries regarding escrow analysis.

• Adhere to and update mortgage servicing regulatory and compliance standards.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Preferred experience of 1-3 years in mortgage servicing and/or mortgage banking.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Quick comprehension of concepts, sound decision-making, and issue resolution skills are necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Collaboration with peers in a team setting to achieve common objectives is important.

• Effective communication skills in writing, in person, and over the phone are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• Must maintain strict confidentiality.

• A quiet, private workspace at home is required.

• High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25 MBPS and upload speed of 10 MBPS is required.

• Must be able to work productively during normal business hours and accommodate early, late, or weekend hours as necessary.

• Overtime may be required as needed.
