ERP Transformation Manager, D365 F&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture, design, implementation, and phase 2 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Document the complete procure-to-pay, month-end closing, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report processes.

• Assess where to standardize processes as opposed to customizing solutions.

• Develop solution architectures that encompass system integrations, data management, and application security.

• Conduct business validation and facilitate user acceptance testing.

• Create cross-functional test scenarios and carry out test scripts.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to confirm outcomes.

• Formulate implementation plans, monitor milestones, and identify risks and dependencies.

• Assess and propose D365 built-in AI features and additional AI tools.

• Collaborate with implementation vendors to ensure that delivered solutions align with the design.

• Spearhead change management initiatives and develop training for new system adoption.

• Preemptively identify workarounds before they are established as standard operating procedures.

• Ensure that ERP-supported processes adhere to internal controls and corporate policies.

• Advocate for configuration over customization to enhance upgradeability.

• Lead specialized projects aimed at operational excellence and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.

• Profound knowledge of business operations and financial processes.

• More than 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or similar ERP solutions.

• Strong functional and technical expertise in D365 F&O.

• Capability to design solutions that span multiple business functions and end-to-end enterprise processes.

• Experience in assessment, analysis, business case development, solution envisioning, planning, deployment, and realization of benefits.

• Background in CPG, DTC, or retail operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.

• Preferred Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications.

• Ability to navigate between executive-level architectural discussions and hands-on delivery.

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and establishing processes.

• Proficiency with AI tools for documentation, test case generation, and analysis.
