This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Deliver advanced functional assistance for NetSuite Financials, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, and associated modules.
• Take on the role of primary NetSuite administrator.
• Oversee user management, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Create and sustain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and saved searches.
• Configure and provide support for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, and Bank Reconciliation modules.
• Lead the implementation and stabilization of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, focusing on user adoption, training, and SOPs.
• Diagnose system issues and offer end-user support and training.
• Manage system updates, testing, and deployment activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to systems, reporting, workflows, data, transactions, postings, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, HR, Operations, Information Systems, and international offices.
• Ensure systems and data are audit-ready and compliant.
• Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 customizations, workflows, forms, records, and automation.
• Create and maintain Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and Scheduled Scripts.
• Support REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations with external applications.
• Engage in data migration, cleanup, and system optimization projects.
• Document technical solutions and system configurations.
• Collect finance and operational reporting requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support GL, AP, procurement, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and BAU improvement initiatives.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including journal processing, accruals, prepayments, uploads, and reconciliations.
• Design and maintain automated financial statement generation for Balance Sheets, Statements of Activities, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and related schedules.
• Assist with audits, payment processing, bank statement imports, cash allocation, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting.
• Promote safeguarding practices and ensure compliance with workplace protection and harassment-free policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree on a year-for-year basis.
• At least 4 years of practical NetSuite experience with GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay, and bank reconciliation modules.
• Familiarity with Unit4 ERP, Emburse Certify, Paycom, and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in supporting finance operations for headquarters and multiple countries.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP reporting, workflow, and financial control processes.
• Proficient in using Power BI or similar analytical and visualization tools.
• Experienced in supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Background in developing management accounts, executive management packs, and Board reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis methods.
• Expertise in NetSuite Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficient in managing GL segment codes across ERP, CRM, T&E, and payroll systems.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Proficient in Outlook, Skype, Internet, CRM, or other database applications.
• Experienced with CSV uploads, bank statement uploads, and NetSuite file transfer and data management tools.
• Professional-level spoken and written English skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn Unit4 ERP.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and weekends as required.
• If located outside the U.S., must be willing to be employed by an Employer of Record.
• Must reside and work within the Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, or equivalent time zones.
• If based in the U.S., must currently be eligible to work without visa sponsorship from Medical Teams International.

• Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or finance/accounting certification; CPA or equivalent credentials; experience in nonprofit, humanitarian, healthcare, higher education, or grant-funded organizations; over 3 years of NetSuite administration and development experience; SuiteScript 2.0/2.1; advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and financial reporting automation.
