ERP Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture that links the ERP with EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, and ISVs within the growing D365 environment.

• Manage a 12–18 month initiative to assess, choose, and modernize EDI and integration technologies.

• Lead a team of technical architects and EDI/integration specialists across both the UK and US.

• Provide guidance to solutions architects regarding the technical prerequisites for building integrations effectively.

• Organize and standardize the operational processes of WD-40’s systems across all regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and an understanding of the technology's trajectory.

• Solid comprehension of integrations and EDI.

• Capability to identify when to implement an iPaaS platform, point-to-point integration, or Azure Data Factory.

• Knowledge of the practical distinctions between an API and a custom integration.

• Proven history of developing and completing strategic roadmaps.

• Experience with vendor evaluation and decision-making frameworks.

• Leadership approach that fosters individual development and bridges teams and technologies.

• Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic is advantageous.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
