This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee ERP data conversion initiatives
• Interpret and document conversion specifications and detailed strategies
• Propel execution tasks alongside team members and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, milestones, and task completions while escalating issues as necessary
• Assist in the Build Phase, including system configuration design, testing, migration, and hyper-care tasks
• Finalize functional specifications, data mapping, cross-reference, and data model documentation across various deployments
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional thread leaders
• Evaluate team workloads and resource limitations; enhance resource utilization
• Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and keep track of conversion risks
• Supervise and manage the resolution of conversion and deviation issues
• Clearly communicate expectations and encourage accountability
• Address conflicts, foster collaboration, and inspire teams towards shared objectives
• Oversee multiple conversion tasks, activities, and resource allocations
• Conduct documentation, profiling analytics, reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders
• Recognize enhancements to improve cutover quality and efficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 7 years of experience OR, in the absence of a degree, 14 years of pertinent experience
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion, ideally within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with planning, production, and aftermarket-related responsibilities
• Experience with both waterfall and agile Scrum project methodologies
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major RTX U.S. locations
• Preference for CORE or equivalent certifications, such as Six Sigma or Change Management, along with project management skills
• Experience in a matrix team environment is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP and prior implementation experience is preferred
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative methodologies in software development and implementation projects is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple project activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment is preferred
• Experience in leading, influencing, and managing change across various organizational levels, including executive leadership, is preferred
