ERP Consultant, Oracle/PeopleSoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in Oracle or PeopleSoft ERP initiatives and subsequently manage the associated functional workstreams once awarded.

• Address finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants modules that are actively delivered.

• Organize configuration, testing, data conversion, and transition from the legacy system.

• Record interfaces to other agency systems along with data-cleaning necessities.

• Provide qualifications and historical performance narratives for proposals when authorized to do so.

• Facilitate agency user testing and ensure readiness for go-live.

• Recognize module or version limitations prior to proposals treating them as within scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or PeopleSoft as a functional lead or senior consultant.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants.

• Background in testing, data conversion, and transition processes.

• Capability to specify the product and version delivered, avoiding generic ERP claims.

• Willingness to work as a 1099 project-based collaborator, including occasional travel to client sites.

• Experience in public-sector Oracle or PeopleSoft projects for municipalities, counties, states, educational institutions, or universities (preferred).

• Familiarity with migrating PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud (preferred).
