ERP Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a leading expert in Vista ERP.

• Develop product strategies and establish technical best practices to address intricate customer business challenges.

• Assess current customer workflows and recommend optimal strategies to enhance product adoption.

• Increase product value throughout the post-sale phase.

• Direct strategic adoption roadmaps and conduct executive-level business reviews.

• Connect customer requirements with Trimble’s product development.

• Enhance value realization practices and promote successful stories across the global Customer Success organization.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

• Represent customer needs and ensure ongoing customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of extensive, hands-on technical experience with Viewpoint Vista ERP software.

• Demonstrated experience in client services, technical consulting, or fieldwork within the construction sector.

• Strong history of developing influential relationships with General, Heavy Highway, or Specialty Contractors.

• Outstanding communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.

• Approximately 10-25% travel required, based on customer engagement needs.

• Advanced degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline (preferred).

• Familiarity with the broader suite of Trimble Construction technologies and SaaS ecosystems (preferred).

• Experience operating and influencing within a complex, matrixed corporate environment (preferred).
