ERP Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions that align with both business and technical requirements.

• Lead and facilitate end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to industry best practices.

• Analyze business processes and convert stakeholder requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

• Provide advisory support regarding ERP systems, digital transformation, and process optimization.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams in international settings.

• Oversee solution quality, encompassing integrations, customizations, and system enhancements.

• Assist in project planning, effort estimation, and costing activities.

• Ensure that implemented solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and perform efficiently.

• Offer technical guidance to consultants and development teams.

• Support migration, upgrade, and integration initiatives related to Business Central.

• Participate in client workshops and occasional business trips to Dubai and other international destinations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV / Dynamics NAV implementations.

• Experience in the role of Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or as a Senior Functional/Technical Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of Business Central's architecture, configuration, and customization.

• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Experience in designing integrations with external systems and APIs.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

• Strong understanding of ERP best practices and enterprise-scale implementations.

• Experience in project estimation, planning, and costing.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips to Dubai and other client locations as needed.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in daily workflows.

• Experience with Dynamics NAV migrations to Business Central.

• Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience working in international enterprise environments.

• Background in consulting or advisory roles.

• Experience in manufacturing, finance, retail, or supply chain projects.
