This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Support users with all facets of ERP system utilization
• Create, suggest, and execute strategies and programs that align with company goals
• Offer both functional and technical assistance for the ERP and associated system environments
• Conduct daily system monitoring and address security and usability issues
• Handle help desk requests and troubleshoot software problems
• Oversee the configuration and functioning of a web-based ERP platform
• Collect and document requirements from users and stakeholders
• Tailor and recommend technical solutions that enhance Wyld sales processes
• Facilitate the integration of Salesforce with the ERP and ensure consistent communication between the two systems
• Collaborate with the Business Systems team and external vendors to achieve organizational objectives
• Test and execute development changes in partnership with the ERP provider/vendor
• Ensure the health of the ERP system, focusing on data protection, backup, recovery, and business continuity plans
• Co-lead projects related to the ERP system and conduct diagnostic tests
• Address issues to enhance system performance
• Integrate ERP systems or databases with other applications for effective data reporting
• Ensure ERP systems and associated subsystems comply with security and audit standards
• Serve as a liaison between functional process owners and technical resources
• Occasionally provide training to staff on the use of the ERP software
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs
• Report directly to the Systems Implementation Manager
• Experience with Sage Intacct is mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP systems and/or administration
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and implement improvements
• Demonstrated successful transition and implementation of workflows and policies
• Experience in transforming data into executive-level dashboards and reports
• Knowledge of relational databases and data integration tools
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments is preferred
• Practical experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Slack, Sage Intacct, Power BI, Wherefour, Salesforce, and Shopify eCommerce
• Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation capabilities
• Ability to apply critical thinking to processes and implement strategies and programs to address company objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with managers, staff, and executives at all levels
• Capable of conveying information and responding to inquiries and suggestions
• Proficient in effective problem-solving
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and work management systems such as Slack, Jira, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, where permitted by law
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, or registrations required by applicable laws and regulations
• Adherence to company safety, sanitation, quality, and food safety policies is essential
• Must be willing to accommodate a flexible work schedule
• Travel between sites will be necessary
• ServSafe Certification or Food Handler's Card is preferred, where applicable
