Equipment Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, design, and strategize equipment and machinery layouts, workflows, and safety measures to optimize the use of plant and manufacturing facilities.

• Ensure adherence to established safety and design standards and guidelines within the industry.

• Assess worker productivity and suggest enhancements to boost manpower efficiency and operational performance, minimize waste and delays, and encourage cost control and reductions.

• Develop metrics to evaluate plant and equipment output capacity and pinpoint bottlenecks in equipment and process flow.

• Implement accident prevention strategies and organize training programs for staff concerning all aspects of production operations.
