EPIC RTE Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities.

• Construct, test, and uphold features in accordance with specifications and requirements.

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Enhance processes and introduce innovative solutions.

• Align technical strategies with the overarching business goals.

• Work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders to connect technology with organizational objectives.

• Assist with project implementations and manage member maintenance issues across various departments.

• Create and refine technical documentation.

• Promote knowledge sharing and foster process improvements across cross-functional teams.

• Cultivate skills in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic RTE Certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in Cadence and/or Prelude certification is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Epic application build, configuration, and implementation/support is preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience is strongly preferred and prioritized.

• Experience with TriZetto, Quadax, and/or Experian clearing house is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.

• Integrity and accountability.

• Strong attention to processes and details.

• Data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office setup.
