EPIC PB/PB Claims Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, document, and implement solution functionalities.

• Develop, test, and sustain features in alignment with specifications and requirements.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Enhance system performance and ensure user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various departments on project rollouts.

• Resolve member maintenance concerns.

• Generate and refine technical documentation.

• Assist in process improvement and promote cross-functional collaboration.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system upgrades.

• Participate via camera in all virtual meetings.

• Provide on-site support for Go-Live installations or training as needed, which may include potential national travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims; having certification or proficiency in both is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst.

• Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in Epic PB module development.

• Desired experience with billing practices in New York state.

• Excellent communication skills with application and technical team members as well as end users.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• Process- and detail-oriented mindset with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.

• Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and comprehending English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.
