Epic Integration Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of provider onboarding initiatives, encompassing contracting, configuration, testing, go-live, and the transition to operations and maintenance.

• Establish project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal engineering teams.

• Create and sustain project plans, action items, status reports, risk logs, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.

• Identify and navigate risks and issues, providing solutions and alternatives to stakeholders and executive management.

• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings involving C-suite stakeholders.

• Manage transitions from sales handovers through to go-live and ongoing maintenance.

• Develop reporting and metrics to track progress and pinpoint gaps relative to project objectives.

• Enhance onboarding processes by leveraging lessons learned.

• Ensure a superior end-to-end customer experience throughout the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic implementations or supporting Epic integrations, particularly focused on scheduling within a provider organization.

• At least 3 years of experience in health system operations or enterprise project management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing extensive health system or enterprise project portfolios.

• Experience in leading executive-level product demonstrations, program updates, and presentations.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and operational audiences.

• Knowledge of healthcare software and data analytics tools.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Technical integration experience within the healthcare sector.

• Experience in supporting provider network onboarding or Epic scheduling workflow implementations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
