This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the complete lifecycle of provider onboarding initiatives, encompassing contracting, configuration, testing, go-live, and the transition to operations and maintenance.
β’ Establish project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal engineering teams.
β’ Create and sustain project plans, action items, status reports, risk logs, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
β’ Identify and navigate risks and issues, providing solutions and alternatives to stakeholders and executive management.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional project meetings involving C-suite stakeholders.
β’ Manage transitions from sales handovers through to go-live and ongoing maintenance.
β’ Develop reporting and metrics to track progress and pinpoint gaps relative to project objectives.
β’ Enhance onboarding processes by leveraging lessons learned.
β’ Ensure a superior end-to-end customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic implementations or supporting Epic integrations, particularly focused on scheduling within a provider organization.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in health system operations or enterprise project management.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing extensive health system or enterprise project portfolios.
β’ Experience in leading executive-level product demonstrations, program updates, and presentations.
β’ Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and operational audiences.
β’ Knowledge of healthcare software and data analytics tools.
β’ Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
β’ Technical integration experience within the healthcare sector.
β’ Experience in supporting provider network onboarding or Epic scheduling workflow implementations.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ PMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
