Epic Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium to large-scale projects to meet project objectives while managing resources, risks, conflicts, timelines, and budgets.

• Guide and implement Epic clinical initiatives.

• Define project scope, deliverables, and plans that align with project goals.

• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to comprehend business needs, identify gaps, and deploy solutions that follow industry best practices.

• Offer expertise on Epic functionalities, configurations, and workflows.

• Travel to client locations as required to complete necessary tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing multiple Epic implementations and leading cross-functional teams.

• Experience with certifications in at least one Epic module.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 5 years of professional experience overseeing Epic implementations.

• Epic Certification in the specific area of expertise is preferred (e.g., HB, AMB, Beaker, Orders).

• Demonstrated experience in managing Epic implementations successfully.

• Ability to engage with healthcare professionals and staff at all levels in both individual and group settings.

• Competence in planning, budgeting, and communicating issues and risks effectively.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% as necessary.

• Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday.
