Epic Environment & Release Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Epic Data Courier, including the migration of modifications across Epic environments.

• Administer Epic change-governance processes and lead CAB/ECAB meetings and their approvals.

• Keep the Epic environment, release, maintenance, and upgrade calendars updated.

• Organize Epic Nova review activities and efforts related to release readiness.

• Assist in building and configuring the Epic Data Courier interface.

• Supervise Item Profile Groups and Content Management tasks.

• Detect and resolve CID and UCI conflicts across Epic environments.

• Coordinate production releases, maintenance periods, upgrades, and activities to ensure environment readiness.

• Maintain documentation related to changes and releases within ServiceNow and other governance tools.

• Manage dependencies and timelines across application, technical, operational, and vendor teams.

• Ensure compliance with established change-control and release-management standards.

• Collaborate with Epic application, platform, infrastructure, integration, security, training, operational, and vendor teams to govern, document, test, communicate, and implement changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience administering Epic Data Courier in a healthcare IT setting.

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and relevant professional experience.

• Certification as an Epic Data Courier Administrator is mandatory.

• Practical experience in administering or facilitating CAB/ECAB and enterprise change-control processes.

• In-depth understanding of Epic Data Courier interface build and configuration.

• Experience with Item Profile Groups and Content Management.

• Background in managing multi-environment Epic ecosystems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving CID and UCI conflicts.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow change-management workflows.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and meeting-facilitation skills.

• Capability to simultaneously manage multiple releases, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Salary commensurate with experience: $90,000 - $110,000.

• This is a direct-hire position.
