Epic Certified Bridges Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic interfaces and Bridges that connect Epic with EHRs, laboratory systems, imaging systems, and third-party applications.

• Collaborate with Epic analysts, project managers, and clinical teams to gather interface requirements and ensure workflow alignment.

• Develop and uphold HL7, FHIR, CCD, and other healthcare data standards interfaces.

• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, promptly resolving errors to minimize system downtime.

• Assist the Epic implementation team during go-live by overseeing real-time data exchange and addressing interface issues.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, workflows, and integration procedures.

• Engage in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide post-implementation support, which includes upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Epic Bridges Certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the specified duties.

• Proficiency with Mirth.

• Familiarity with HL7 messaging and integration tools.

• A background in environments that prioritize behavioral health as a key aspect of patient care is highly preferred.
