EPIC Application Architect - Resolute HB/HB Claims

📋 Description

• Contributes to OCHIN's mission by playing a vital role in the development of application features and functionalities within the Epic software platform.

• Continuously enhances the quality of the OCHIN Epic collaborative by pinpointing areas for improvement within your application(s).

• Remains updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Collaborates as part of a team dedicated to reinforcing standards, implementing enhancements, and consistently improving the quality and effectiveness of our Epic platform.

• Engages in the product and project lifecycle and may oversee various activities and the production of deliverables.

• Offers technical guidance and support to fellow members of the OCHIN workforce.

• Executes intricate builds, development, and testing of both new and existing features and functionalities for assigned applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable relevant combination of education and experience is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Application Analyst, with a proven record of increasing responsibilities, is required.

• Extensive understanding of Epic data structures and applications is essential.

• Current certification in the designated Epic application(s), specifically Epic Resolute Hospital Billing HB certification, is necessary.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities are essential.

• A demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service is required.

• Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect is highly preferred.
