Epic Application Analyst – Radiant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Execute system design, development, testing, validation, and ongoing support for designated applications.

• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of functional workflows and software capabilities.

• Engage in the review and development of future-state workflows.

• Complete system configurations to support new workflows.

• Collaborate within workgroups and across multidisciplinary teams.

• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.

• Design and implement solutions in conjunction with vendors, technology teams, project teams, and end users.

• Investigate issues and independently assess complex matters to generate solution alternatives.

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents reported via the help desk.

• Keep documentation current and up-to-date.

• Apply changes using documented, policy-compliant procedures.

• Advocate for the Health System's Mission, Vision, and Values while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate activities and lead others autonomously.

• Collaborate with patients, customers, healthcare professionals, staff, and Director-level stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

• Achieve and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

• Prior internal/external Epic operational experience is strongly preferred.

• Ability to complete and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).

• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across various disciplines.

• Ability to set and meet work schedules within tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills to address both business and technical challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel as needed for Epic training.

• Ability to travel to remote work locations as required.
