Epic Application Analyst – Cupid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, validate, and provide ongoing support for designated applications.

• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of functional workflows and the associated software capabilities.

• Engage in the review and development of future-state workflows.

• Execute system builds that support new workflows.

• Collaborate within workgroups and across interdisciplinary teams.

• Recognize opportunities for system optimization and enhancement.

• Work with vendors, technology teams, project teams, and end users to create and implement solutions.

• Investigate issues and apply independent analysis and judgment to generate solution alternatives.

• Spot opportunities for functional improvement.

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents reported through the help desk.

• Keep documentation current.

• Implement changes following documented processes that adhere to departmental policies and procedures.

• Coordinate and lead the activities of others performing similar tasks without supervision.

• Interact with patients, customers, healthcare professionals, staff, and director-level personnel.

• Advocate for the Health System's Mission, Vision, and Values while delivering exceptional customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

• Must obtain and maintain Epic certification in the assigned application module(s).

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.

• Basic computer skills are essential.

• Capability to complete and sustain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively across multiple disciplines.

• Competence in establishing and adhering to work schedules under time constraints and tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills for solving business and technical challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for Epic training.

• Ability to travel to remote work locations as required.

• Epic Cupid certification and/or experience in cardiology is preferred.

• Current internal/external Epic operational experience is strongly preferred.
