📋 Description

• Visit customer sites to service vehicles

• Detach tires and wheels from vehicles

• Utilize grinding and sanding tools to repair cosmetic damage to wheels, including curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels

• Paint and restore wheels to a like-new appearance

• Provide outstanding customer service and promote available services

• Establish a customer base and maintain accounts

• Operate independently while managing daily tasks without micromanagement

• No prior experience necessary

• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Excellent customer service and sales abilities

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety

• Manual dexterity for tasks requiring repetitive motion

• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and capability to work autonomously

• Good close, distance, and color vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus

• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb; lift up to 75 pounds; and remain on your feet

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Experience in auto painting or completion of collision repair training at a technical school is preferred, but not mandatory

• Must be able to pass relevant post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may include a physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
