Entry-Level Sales Rep, Warm Leads Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads from individuals who have reached out to the company directly.

• Engage with warm outbound leads from those who have expressed interest in information.

• Conduct phone calls and Zoom meetings with potential life insurance clients.

• Assess each family's unique situation and financial capacity.

• Clarify coverage options available through over 60 carrier partners.

• Provide honest answers to inquiries and assist prospects in making informed coverage choices.

• Follow up with prospects as necessary.

• Record daily activities and strive to meet production targets.

• Complete onboarding, which includes training on life insurance products, client interactions, handling objections, and daily systems.

• Develop a portfolio of business with continuous coaching and team assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable and self-assured when communicating over the phone.

• Open to coaching and eager to adhere to a proven script and training methodology.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident.

• Capable of passing a standard background check.

• Possess a Life & Health insurance license or a strong willingness to quickly obtain one through our guided process.

• Previous experience in insurance is not mandatory.
