Entry-Level Sales Rep, Warm Leads Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads as well as warm outbound leads.

• Participate in calls and Zoom meetings with potential life insurance clients.

• Assess families' circumstances and financial plans.

• Clarify coverage options available from over 60 carrier partners.

• Provide honest answers to customer inquiries and assist them in making coverage choices.

• Make follow-up calls as necessary.

• Monitor daily activities.

• Consistently work towards achieving production objectives.

• Complete onboarding training that includes life insurance products, client interactions, handling objections, and daily operational systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comfortable and self-assured when speaking on the phone.

• Open to coaching and eager to adhere to a proven script and training methodology.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident.

• Capable of passing a standard background check.

• Possess a Life & Health insurance license or a genuine willingness to obtain one swiftly through the guided process.

• Previous insurance experience is not required.
