Entry-Level Interior Technician

📋 Description

• Travel to client sites, including dealerships and auctions, to conduct mobile interior repairs.

• Address rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic imperfections in vehicle interiors.

• Blend dyes and restore surfaces to their original condition.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and advocate for company services.

• Participate in paid training prior to moving to a phased hourly and commission-based compensation structure.

• Establish a customer base and enhance skills in interior repair.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Manual dexterity for tasks requiring repetitive motion.

• Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously.

• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds.

• Vision capabilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must complete applicable post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may include a physical exam, vision assessment, background check, and drug test.
