This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Manage warm inbound inquiries from individuals looking for life insurance solutions.

• Engage in discussions with clients regarding life insurance offerings.

• Address objections with transparency.

• Develop and oversee a personal book of business.

• Take part in remote onboarding, training, mentorship, and continuous coaching.

• No cold calling involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Entry-level position; no prior experience in insurance necessary.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident.

• Clearance of a background check is required.

• Must hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• Capability to work from any location within the U.S.

• Openness to attending occasional in-person meetings for candidates located in the Springfield area.
