📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to provide vehicle servicing

• Detach tires and wheels from vehicles

• Utilize grinding and sanding equipment to fix cosmetic wheel issues, such as curb and road damage, peeling, scratches, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels

• Paint and restore wheels to a like-new appearance

• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote available services

• Develop a customer base and manage customer accounts

• Work autonomously while overseeing your daily schedule

• Collaborate with a supportive team environment

• No prior experience necessary

• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Excellent customer service and sales abilities

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety

• Manual dexterity for tasks requiring repetitive motion

• Strong work ethic, self-driven, and capable of working independently

• Ability to see up close, at a distance, perceive colors, and depth perception; capable of adjusting focus

• Physical endurance to kneel, bend, squat, and climb

• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on your feet

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Preferred but not required: experience in auto painting or training from a collision repair technical school

• Successful completion of necessary post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include a physical exam, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
