This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Provide procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Foster strong customer relationships through ongoing clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
• Assist in account development initiatives aimed at building clinical confidence, enhancing user competence, and promoting system and disposable utilization.
• Support product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education programs.
• Identify and pursue educational opportunities to enhance customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to achieve business objectives, account plans, and referral development initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requirements, and prompt reporting of complaints or technical issues.
• Cultivate and maintain expert-level product knowledge, alongside a comprehensive understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer needs, and procedural best practices.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, service, and compliance in all interactions with customers.
• Lead and support sales efforts at the account level, ensuring the availability and stocking of products to facilitate procedures and promote account growth.
• A bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Required experience includes clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support, operating room, or healthcare-related fields.
• Preferred experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly technical procedural specialty.
• Proven ability to learn and convey technical and clinical concepts effectively to physicians and clinical staff is essential.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and collaboration skills are necessary.
• Must be capable of working across all departments of the hospital and in ambulatory surgery center environments, including live patient cases and the use of required protective equipment.
• Hospital credentialing and adherence to customer access requirements are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 90% within the designated territory is essential.
• A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment while complying with relevant quality and healthcare industry standards is required.
