This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• Assist decision-makers in exploring, evaluating, and selecting F12 AMTRA services.
• Acquire new enterprise accounts and promote additional services to current clients.
• Propel new sales and convert opportunities into fruitful professional services engagements and contracts.
• Enhance monthly recurring revenue for existing clients.
• Create and implement strategic territory plans aimed at enterprise prospects.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise accounts through outreach, networking, consultative selling, and Microsoft Co-Sell channels.
• Conduct meetings with prospects and clients to progress opportunities towards paid engagements and contracts.
• Facilitate solutions workshops and meetings with prospects.
• Develop value propositions and deliver compelling sales proposals.
• Comprehend clients' challenges and opportunities, positioning F12 AMTRA solutions as transformative.
• Utilize storytelling, personal experiences, and conviction to inspire prospects and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales, CRO, and executive team on sales initiatives.
• Enhance the sales process and opportunity measurement, involving the CRO at critical deal junctures.
• Ensure that opportunities align with F12 AMTRA's standards for quality clients and long-term partnerships.
• Leverage technology and solutions-provider partner networks to broaden reach and offerings.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and opportunity status.
• Structure deals using financial insight to achieve client and organizational goals.
• Establish credibility and trust with enterprise clients.
• Design and communicate optimized solutions that align with innovation and business strategy.
• Act as a consultative resource and strategic partner to clients.
• Demonstrated success utilizing dynamic and engaging communication to educate and influence intelligent, accomplished stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with the business IT community.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation abilities before business audiences.
• Financial insight regarding budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical platforms including Microsoft Modern Work, AI, Azure and Security, business models, tech subject matters, and industry trends.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, or relevant business experience.
