This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• Assist decision-makers in exploring, evaluating, and selecting F12 AMTRA services.
• Acquire new accounts and offer additional services to current clients.
• Create new sales opportunities and transition them into professional services engagements.
• Collaborate with Solutions Leads to finalize engagements as new contract clients or enhance Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Establish trust, relevance, and value through a client-focused, consultative methodology.
• Formulate and implement strategic territory plans aimed at enterprise prospects.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise accounts through outreach, networking, consultative selling, and Microsoft Co-Sell initiatives.
• Conduct meetings with prospects and clients to facilitate the progression of opportunities towards paid engagements and contracts.
• Lead solution workshops and meetings with prospects.
• Develop value propositions and present compelling sales proposals.
• Position F12 AMTRA solutions as transformative for organizations.
• Work in collaboration with the Director of Sales, CRO, and executive team.
• Enhance the sales process and opportunity measurement.
• Support strategic partnerships through technology and solutions provider networks.
• Maintain a qualified enterprise prospect pipeline and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and opportunity status.
• Structure deals with financial insight.
• Establish credibility and trust with enterprise clients.
• Design and articulate solutions that align with innovation and business strategy.
• Serve as a consultative resource and strategic partner.
• Demonstrated success in using dynamic and engaging communication to educate and influence intelligent and accomplished stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the business IT community.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with extensive presentation abilities in front of business audiences.
• Financial expertise related to budgets, forecasting, and cost management.
• Solid knowledge of technical platforms, including Microsoft Modern Work, AI, Azure, Security, business models, relevant tech subjects, and industry trends.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent direct business experience.
• Familiarity with the industry.
• Ability to influence through effective communication.
