This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design enterprise solutions that encompass Salesforce, enterprise data platforms, AI, integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and custom applications.
• Convert intricate business challenges into practical and scalable technical architectures.
• Assess client technology ecosystems and determine how platforms and capabilities should collaborate.
• Establish patterns for integration, data, application, security, and platform architecture.
• Identify and resolve issues related to architecture, integration, data, performance, and applications.
• Create prototypes, develop technical spikes, and verify architectural methodologies.
• Engage directly with APIs, integrations, data models, platform configuration and development, AI services, and custom applications.
• Review code, configurations, integration designs, data models, and technical implementations.
• Set forth the technical vision, architecture, guiding principles, reusable patterns, standards, accelerators, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, data and AI teams, designers, product owners, architects, and client stakeholders.
• Mentor architects and senior engineers.
• Counsel executive and senior technology leaders on technology selections, architecture, trade-offs, risks, costs, and long-term value.
• Assist in technical strategy and solution development during sales pursuits, discovery initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Over 12 years of experience in technology consulting, architecture, engineering, or enterprise application delivery.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or a comparable senior technical leader.
• Profound knowledge of Salesforce, including Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Capability to architect solutions that encompass applications, data, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and custom technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration and data architecture, including APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, data platforms, modeling, governance, and distributed systems.
• Experience in designing and delivering AI and agentic solutions, including generative AI, AI agents, RAG/retrieval patterns, tool orchestration, enterprise AI services, evaluation, observability, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Practical experience with model APIs, agent frameworks, orchestration, evaluation, and contemporary AI development platforms.
• Experience in cloud architecture, modern application development, and enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to remain technically engaged while leading architecture across complex, multi-platform enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills, client-facing communication skills, executive presence, and experience mentoring architects and engineers.
• Must be a U.S. resident.
• Must hold U.S. Citizenship.

• Salesforce or other relevant technical certifications should be included if held.
