This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and sustain Prescient's primary enterprise platforms, which include Salesforce, CMap, BambooHR, Sage Intacct, Concur, and Boomi integration flows.
• Administer user access, permissions, configuration adjustments, and system health monitoring.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, covering system configurations, integrations, business rules, and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as the initial escalation point for system-related inquiries and issues.
• Organize enterprise systems program workstreams, including planning, action logs, milestones, risks, and blockers.
• Create status updates, program materials, and briefing notes for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Assist with system implementations, configuration changes, and releases, guiding the process from requirements through testing, training, and go-live.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, environments, data, sessions, and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Examine data and process challenges, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Oversee improvement backlogs and deliver system and process enhancements from start to finish.
• Design alternatives aimed at minimizing friction, duplication, manual efforts, and rework.
• Manage change management, training, user guides, and process documentation.
• Establish a network of system champions to facilitate adoption.
• Investigate and test AI and automation capabilities within the systems landscape.
• Engage with stakeholders, translating business needs into functional specifications and managing prioritization transparently.
• Oversee software vendors and implementation partners, addressing support cases, service levels, vendor evaluations, licenses, and renewals.
• Assume operational responsibility for the enterprise systems function in the Director's absence, with support from the CTO for escalation.
• Make daily operational decisions and represent the function to internal stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of experience in a systems administration, business systems, or operations coordination role.
• Practical experience with at least one major enterprise platform, such as Salesforce, CMap or Kantata, BambooHR or Workday, or Sage Intacct or NetSuite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track tasks across complex workstreams, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining system or process topics in straightforward language.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may change, requiring pragmatic decision-making.
• High attention to detail, especially when handling data, configurations, or program documentation.
• Experience in supporting a system implementation, migration, or integration project is preferred.
• Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato is a plus.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Salesforce reports is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical services, life sciences, or professional services industry is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications or platform certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or ITIL Foundation, are beneficial but not mandatory.
