Enterprise Strategic Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Enterprise laboratory-wide service programs at designated customer locations.

• Work closely with the Agilent Enterprise Sales team to identify sales opportunities and craft Enterprise-level support programs.

• Ensure successful implementation and sustainability of Enterprise-level support initiatives.

• Oversee the delivery of extensive integrated support service solutions to external clients.

• Facilitate significant laboratory-wide services programs that involve cross-functional and multi-vendor collaboration.

• Develop program/project plans, budgets, structures, timelines, and staffing needs.

• Assist clients in defining and executing intricate integrated solutions.

• Establish and nurture client relationships.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for programs/projects.

• Coordinate contributions from internal and external project teams.

• Estimate costs for customized solutions and ensure implementation stays within budget.

• Manage profit and loss responsibilities.

• Employ industry-standard project management processes, practices, tools, and behaviors.

• Oversee, implement, and execute assigned customer CrossLab solutions and projects.

• Lead initiatives related to customer physical inventory and asset-tagging activities.

• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams in accordance with Agilent policies and procedures.

• Identify, onboard, and contract third-party service providers for specific projects and programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in laboratory instrumentation support and/or sales.

• Strong business acumen; an MBA is advantageous.

• Ability to manage and comprehend the laboratory instrument service and maintenance business (both process and financial aspects).

• Strong customer orientation with a commitment to a customer-first approach.

• Capability to design, price, implement, and oversee complex lab instrument service and maintenance programs at customer locations.

• Skills in team building, development, and leadership.

• Commitment to industry-standard project management practices; PMP certification is a plus.

• Strong collaboration abilities.

• Skills in developing and managing relationships with third-party service providers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in customer contracting and Scope of Work development.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
