This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire pre-sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners, Channel, MSPs, and Customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, architectural design, and crucial customer engagements to enhance deal success.
• Represent NinjaOne at enterprise-focused industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
• Assist in the technical content review and alignment for RFPs and RFIs.
• Collaborate with Training and Customer Success teams to expedite time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption.
• Act as a strategic connector between Sales and Product by relaying feedback, pinpointing feature gaps, and influencing the direction of the roadmap.
• Develop and maintain reusable technical assets, including lab environments, demonstration flows, battlecards, and scripts.
• Work alongside Account Executives and Sales Leadership to promote growth and align technical value with business objectives.
• Help define the Enterprise SE function as a founding team member through the development of playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time for strategic customer meetings, industry events, and team collaborations.
• Proficient in Windows environments, including registry, services, and performance troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting skills.
• Strong grasp of networking concepts, such as DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protections.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, and/or VBScript is preferred.
• Comfortable navigating intricate IT ecosystems and integrating with existing infrastructure.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or similar systems is required.
• 5+ years in a pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms.
• A technical background in roles such as TAM, Support, or Systems Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills and an executive presence.
• Ability to customize messaging for administrators, architects, and senior business stakeholders.
• Understanding of how IT teams assess, implement, and scale solutions.
• Knowledge of legacy platform limitations and their unified, modern alternatives.
• High emotional intelligence, technical credibility, and a customer-first mindset.
• Capable of thriving in ambiguity and scaling people, processes, and tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture are advantageous.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Additional fluency in German or French is a plus.
