Enterprise Solution Architect – Manufacturing Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discussions regarding architecture and design for large-scale transformational initiatives.

• Oversee comprehensive design authorities to ensure adherence to compliance standards and mitigate risks.

• Provide guidance to clients on industry best practices in architecture and process methodologies.

• Take ownership of and manage the end-to-end solution and application architecture for projects.

• Assist in the analysis and design/construction phases of business processes from an architectural standpoint.

• Evaluate business requirements beyond standard solutions, considering integration complexities and architectural constraints.

• Lead the design and development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens.

• Develop reusable templates and artifacts to streamline implementation and minimize errors.

• Collaborate with Consulting Directors to support business process blueprints.

• Aid in the creation and revision of procedural and system documentation.

• Support Project Managers in detailed task planning and effort estimation.

• Ensure knowledge transfer to customer project teams is effectively executed.

• Prepare and present information to users, management, and executive teams.

• Act as a liaison among consultants, customers, partners, business users, IT, PMO, change management, cloud, and product teams.

• Provide primary non-technical user support and verify the integrity of business functions and data.

• Guide the development and execution of testing scripts.

• Conduct product validation, end-to-end data flow, solution, interface, workflow, report, and performance testing.

• Create Jira and case tickets while offering product feedback.

• Communicate customer-specific business requirements, trends, functionality needs, and opportunities for enhancement to product teams.

• Identify opportunities for incremental revenue generation.

• Assist in recognizing change management efforts necessary for global or regional implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning Solutions, particularly in Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning; this experience is essential.

• Experience in implementation or utilizing Advanced Planning Solutions from Blue Yonder, including legacy systems like i2 and Manugistics, or comparable products such as Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Logility, e2open, Steelwedge, OMP, etc.

• Current or previous experience in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center is preferred.

• Strong business analysis capabilities.

• Familiarity with statistical algorithms.

• Knowledge of inventory optimization concepts.

• Awareness of tactical planning across the entire supply chain.

• Excellent proactive communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.

• A bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.

• An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Logistics is preferred.
