Enterprise Solution Architect – AI, Hybrid-infra, Migrations

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate enterprise transformation projects that encompass hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, on-premises infrastructure, application modernization, and extensive migration programs.

• Evaluate the current state and align with business objectives.

• Create target-state architectures for enterprises across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises settings.

• Manage the migration of mission-critical applications, workloads, databases, data platforms, and infrastructure between on-premises environments and cloud solutions.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to establish transformation roadmaps.

• Develop architecture governance frameworks and establish technology standards.

• Identify and mitigate migration risks while providing architectural oversight throughout the program delivery process.

• Propel initiatives for infrastructure, application, and data modernization.

• Conduct assessments of existing environments and perform dependency mapping.

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions for on-premises and hybrid environments.

• Specify architectures for networking, identity, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Set standards for Infrastructure as Code and automation.

• Review enterprise application portfolios to determine the best migration strategies.

• Guide efforts in application modernization and platform engineering.

• Establish strategies for replication, synchronization, and cutover.

• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and data integrity throughout migration initiatives.

• Design a modern data architecture that supports AI and business intelligence workloads.

• Assess deployment strategies for distributed inference and AI platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

• Define scalable AI infrastructure patterns utilizing Kubernetes and platform services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, or similar roles.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale enterprise migration and modernization programs.

• Strong expertise in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architecture.

• Practical experience with enterprise data centers, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.

• Proven track record in delivering transformation initiatives related to infrastructure, applications, databases, and data platforms.

• Proficient in Infrastructure and Platform Engineering.

• Knowledgeable in Security Architecture and Governance.

• Experience in enterprise workload modernization.

• Familiarity with data platform migration and modernization projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting abilities.

• Experience in supporting pre-sales activities, conducting solution design workshops, and responding to RFPs.

• Capability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate business goals into technical solutions.

• Fluent in English.
