This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accelerate ARR growth across Federal Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agencies utilizing FedRAMP High Authorized SaaS and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop and implement vertical go-to-market strategies aimed at influencing decision-makers in Citizen Experience, IT Modernization, HR/Workforce, and Agency Leadership.
• Initiate, negotiate, and finalize intricate, multi-year, multi-million-dollar federal software contracts through prime contracts, subcontracts, and GWACs/IDIQs.
• Foster a high-achieving public sector sales culture by aligning mission-driven value selling with federal account strategies and executive engagement.
• Scale prominent federal go-to-market initiatives.
• Convert executive directives, federal compliance needs, and government CX goals into feasible platform solutions.
• Mentor and lead Enterprise Sales Leaders and Account Executives who focus on U.S. Federal Government agencies.
• Advise team members on lengthy federal opportunities, RFP/RFQ submissions, pipeline development, and sales forecasting.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key agency initiatives and sustain relationships with SES leaders, CIOs, CHROs, and procurement executives.
• Direct pipeline management and contract execution strategies to drive quarterly revenue growth and increase agency engagement.
• Collaborate with Federal Solution Engineers, Public Sector Marketing, and Partner/Alliance teams to customize government go-to-market strategies.
• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales and commercial leadership, specifically targeting the U.S. Federal Public Sector market.
• Proven history of leading second-line or high-impact federal sales teams to surpass multi-million-dollar new-business targets.
• Demonstrated capability to close high-value, seven-figure software deals involving complex, matrixed federal buyers and contracting officials.
• Extensive understanding of federal procurement procedures, FAR/DFAR regulations, FedRAMP standards, and significant contract vehicles like GSA Schedules and SEWP.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, technology, public policy, or a related discipline.
• U.S. Citizenship.
