This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive new-logo growth within Fortune 2000 accounts across the Finance, Healthcare, Energy, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Report to the VP of Sales while overseeing a strategic territory that includes buyers in physical security, safety, and security workforce management.
• Maintain a direct sales quota and actively participate in account-based marketing and vertical go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle for named enterprise and Fortune 2000 accounts, from initial prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently exceed quotas while developing a qualified pipeline utilizing the MEDDPICC methodology.
• Formulate and implement account-based strategies for targeted verticals in collaboration with marketing.
• Navigate complex, multi-threaded deals involving economic buyers, security operations leadership, IT, and procurement teams.
• Provide precise forecasts and uphold rigorous Salesforce CRM standards.
• Represent Trackforce at GSX and regional trade exhibitions.
• Work in tandem with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams on deal strategies and market insights.
• Achieve proficiency in Trackforce platforms, ICP, and MEDDPICC within the first 90 days.
• Establish a pipeline of at least 3x the quota within six months and achieve 100% of the assigned quota within 12 months.
• Contribute to at least one vertical Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiative or GSX-related campaign within six months.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven history of exceeding quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Demonstrated experience selling to Fortune 2000 companies, preferably within security, safety, cyber operations, or facilities buying centers.
• Proficiency in a structured sales methodology (such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar), with a disciplined approach to pipeline and forecast management.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to sell to and influence C-level and VP-level economic buyers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM, along with knowledge of contemporary sales technology stacks.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% for client meetings, trade shows, and team events.
• Experience in selling physical security, GRC, workforce management, cyber, or incident-management/GSOC software.
• Established network among corporate security, cyber, safety, or loss prevention leaders.
• A background in security services, law enforcement, or military experience is advantageous.
• Experience in contributing to ABM campaigns, vertical playbooks, or sales enablement materials.
