Enterprise Project Manager

📋 Description

• Take charge of the execution of approved enterprise priorities from the planning stage to implementation and adoption.

• Lead intricate technology, operational, process improvement, and organizational implementation projects across various business units and functions.

• Develop and oversee project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate efforts among DP Holdings (Group), DP 4-Wall, and Yourgi to ensure alignment and successful execution.

• Track project progress through effective monitoring, risk management, issue resolution, and executive updates.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, manage change, oversee testing, and ensure smooth rollout and adoption.

• Drive multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while minimizing project backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to implementation.

• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies.
