
Enterprise Infrastructure Technical Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee technical analysis for infrastructure, applications, SecureView, cloud, and emerging technology requirements.
• Perform feasibility studies and outline project scope, objectives, constraints, dependencies, tasks, and durations.
• Create system sizing, cost estimates, resource estimates, technical requirements, and recommendations for computer resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, milestones, and assignments for owners.
• Lead technical efforts involving applications, systems, networks, cybersecurity, cloud, vendors, and support personnel.
• Coordinate execution with the Task Order Project Manager, government representatives, users, vendors, and DLA organizations.
• Prepare and present project briefings, technical presentations, implementation updates, and decision-support deliverables.
• Manage go-live activities for emerging technologies and enterprise installations.
• Ensure readiness of staffing, equipment, software, access, approvals, testing, documentation, support plans, and rollback procedures.
• Monitor project execution and address technical, schedule, resource, and dependency challenges.
• Document lessons learned and technical issues along with their resolutions and process enhancements.
• Assist with project status reporting, including schedule, risk, resource, and implementation data.
• Transfer project files, schedules, feasibility studies, deployment histories, and lessons learned during the transition-out phase.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• A minimum of 10 years of specialized experience.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in information processing or systems administration.
• A minimum of six years supporting specialized hardware, software, networks, applications, or infrastructure disciplines.
• At least four years of experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise software or infrastructure.
• Proven experience in developing project plans, cost and size estimates, resource forecasts, schedules, implementation plans, and technical briefings.
• Experience leading technical teams during enterprise installations, migrations, upgrades, or go-live events.
• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Favorable Tier 5 investigation when privileged access is assigned.
• IAT Level III certification required when privileged access is assigned.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or a current DLA-approved equivalent.
• Must fulfill applicable DoD cyberspace workforce qualification requirements before assuming assigned duties.
• US citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a United States Department of Defense security clearance.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred skills include: Windows Server, Azure, infrastructure architecture, application deployment, project scheduling, risk management, vendor coordination, and DLA change management.
